Wealthy Affairs Hub Ltd acts as a procurement and logistics intermediary between international suppliers (primarily in China and Vietnam) and clients in Nigeria. We provide sourcing, payment assistance, quality inspection, and shipping coordination.
Quotes: All price quotes provided are based on current exchange rates and factory pricing. These are subject to change until the final payment is confirmed.
Service Fees: Our procurement fees are non-refundable once the sourcing process has commenced.
Currency: Payments for goods are typically calculated in Yuan (RMB) or Dollars ($) and converted to Naira at our specified daily rate.
Timelines: Estimated delivery times (7–14 days for Air Cargo; 6–8 weeks for Sea Freight) are projections provided by shipping carriers. Wealthy Affairs Hub Ltd is not liable for delays caused by airline schedules, sea conditions, or Nigerian Customs procedures.
Storage: Goods must be collected or waybilled within 7 days of arrival at our Sapele hub. Demurrage charges may apply for items left beyond this period.
Loss or Damage: While we prioritize safety, we are not an insurance company. We recommend insurance for high-value shipments. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific transaction.
Clients participating in preorder cycles agree to the specified “Closing Date” and “Arrival Window.” Cancellations are not permitted once the group order has been placed with the factory.
All training materials, blueprints, and mentorship sessions provided by Wealthy Affairs Hub Ltd are for personal business use only. Redistribution or resale of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited. We do not guarantee specific profit results, as success depends on individual effort and market conditions.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact details. We are not responsible for “What I Ordered vs. What I Got” issues if the client insists on using a non-verified supplier against our professional recommendation.
Wealthy Affairs Hub Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the performance of third-party suppliers and shipping lines.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or via the courts in Delta State.
